Meet Lizzie: Your Partner in Wellness
With over two decades of hands-on experience in the health and fitness industry, I’ve had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life — from busy parents and high-performing professionals to elite athletes and individuals navigating chronic fatigue, weight loss resistance, and hormone imbalance.
What I’ve learned is simple: transformation isn’t about doing more, it’s about doing what matters. And that starts by looking deeper than diet and exercise alone.
I’m a qualified Personal Trainer, CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach (HLC 1 & 2), Integrative Health Practitioner, Les Mills Group Fitness Instructor (BODYBALANCE, BODYPUMP, BODYATTACK, Cycle, and Shapes), and an Australian Weightlifting Federation Coach. I also hold a Master’s degree in Sports & Exercise Science (Performance) and a Bachelor (Hons) in Sports Therapy.
My background allows me to integrate evidence-based training with functional nutrition, stress and lifestyle coaching, and deep system assessments — for a truly personalised approach.
But credentials alone don’t create change. What makes the real difference is being able to connect the dots — to help clients uncover what’s holding them back and guide them with practical, compassionate coaching that fits into real life.
Whether I’m delivering a high-energy group fitness class, guiding a client through a metabolic reset, coaching movement patterns, or supporting gut and hormonal healing, my focus is always the same: to help people feel stronger, more energised, and more at home in their bodies.
